Welcome to Pinnacle Research Labs . These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website pinnacleresearchlabs.com.au (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products or services offered herein.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website. By using our products and services you acknowledge that you have read, will adhere to and agree to these terms and conditions. 

1. Eligibility and Purpose of Use

All products sold by Pinnacle Research Labs are intended for laboratory research purposes only.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;

  • Are a qualified researcher or institution;

  • Understand and agree that all products are not for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use;

  • Will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and laboratory procedures.

Pinnacle Research Labs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if there is reason to believe that products will be used in violation of these conditions.

2. Product Information and Intended Use

All products listed on our Site are for research and laboratory use only.
They are not intended for:

  • Diagnostic purposes

  • Therapeutic or medicinal use

  • Household or personal use

  • Use in food, drugs, or cosmetics

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding suitability for any specific application beyond research.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion;

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer;

  • Cancel orders suspected of being used for non-research purposes.

Payments must be made in full at checkout. We do not store payment information, as all transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees based on their location.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or local import restrictions.
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has left our facility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

7. Research Use Disclaimer

By purchasing from Pinnacle Research Labs, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are not sterile or pharmaceutical grade.

  • Products are not intended for human ingestion, injection, or topical application.

  • You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all materials.

Pinnacle Research Labs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products.

All customers are Assumed to be legal researchers or licensed researchers. If you, your organisation or affiliates are not legal researchers or licenses researchers, then we do not know this and you will be held liable for fraud or deceptive conduct. 

In purchasing the products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from a customer's own independent review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about:

I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased
II) industrial hygienic controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards;
III) the need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products;
IV) government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products

We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers

IN NO EVENT SHALL PINNACLE RESEARCH LABS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER PURCHASER'S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, WHICH SALES WE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE MAKE, PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF PURCHASER'S HANDLING AND/OR USE OF A PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE.

BUYER REALISES THAT, SINCE SUPPLIER PRODUCTS ARE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATE, INTENDED PRIMARILY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES, THEY MAY NOT BE BOUND BY THE THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989. BUYER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SUPPLIER ARE APPROVED FOR USE BY THE THERAPEUTIC GOODS ADMINISTRATION, IF APPLICABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Research Labs, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from:

  • The use or misuse of our products;

  • Reliance on product descriptions or information;

  • Delay, failure, or error in delivery;

  • Any act beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Pinnacle Research Labs or its content providers and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
