Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pinnacle Research Labs. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping process, timelines, and compliance requirements for research-use-only products.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.

All products sold by Pinnacle Research Labs are intended for laboratory and research use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified individual or entity purchasing for research purposes and not for human or veterinary use.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations. Pinnacle Research Labs is not responsible for customs seizures, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by destination authorities.

If an order is returned due to customs restrictions, we may offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling costs, provided the product is returned unopened and in original condition.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Pinnacle Research Labs is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at pinnacleresearchlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying international laws and regulations, we reserve the right to cancel any order if shipment of research chemicals to a particular location is restricted or prohibited.
Orders that violate applicable shipping or regulatory restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email upon dispatch. You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal for live updates.

All products sold by Pinnacle Research Labs are for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic testing, or veterinary applications. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all products.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Following direction from the Therapeutic Goods Administration we cannot service the Australian market domestically. Please contact our customer service team for clarification, details are listed on the contact us page.

  • Therapeutic goods not listed on the ARTG can however be imported, if the following conditions are met:

  • The products must be for your personal use of the use of an immediate family member- they cannot be sold, supplied or given away to others.

  • Immediate family is limited to the individual's parents, grandparents, spouse, de facto spouse, child or ward of that person.

  • If the medicine is prescription-only in Australia, you must hold a valid Australian prescription or written authority at the time of importation.

  • The import cannot be more than a 3-month supply at the maximum prescribed dose (prescription-only medicines) or dose recommended by the manufacturer (non-prescription medicine). The total quantity imported within any 12-month period must not exceed a 15-month supply.

  • If you wish to import more than a 3-month supply in a single order, an Australian-registered doctor must apply to the TGA for Special Access Scheme approval on your behalf.
